just set up this site: nature makeup dot com without spaces I got the domain for free of a promotion, installed zen cart, apple template, found products, imported everything, and added some more bla blah. Took me two hours work in total, didn't spend a dime. How much should I sell it for? Should I push into getting some traffic on it and try selling it as it starts making money? should i write an e-book about it and sell it for $29.99?
websites themself are not worth much if no traffic come to them. What really matters with a no-traffic site is the domain, and that domain isn't worth much more than ten bucks or so. So basicly what I am saying is get some traffic first before trying to sell
how do you estimate the domain value? just based on its current traffic or you also look at what keywords it has?
If you are planing on selling the website you can get pretty good money but it will depend on the traffic the website receives, if there is no traffic and revenue then the website cost will not be a lot, there is some apraisal websites where you can get an estimate cost.
whats with the adsense? i dont have any, nor planning to get any. i wouldn't say no if someone would send me some adwords codes though
