Buying HK Powerfull Dedicated Server Offshore

    I am looking for buy a very powerfull server, needed to put arabic mp3 file on it.

    Intel Xenon CPU L5410 @ 2,33 Ghz,
    16 Gb Ram
    1000 Gb HDD
    100 Mbps Unmetered
    Creative Soundcard (Can put USB Sound devicem Needed to radio)

    Budget: 500 euro.

    I need the server asap.
    Important: Not in NL.

    Try 1and1 (I've used and still using their services for 3 years now). They have servers and datacenters in UK, US and Germany, and you won't find a better price/quality.
    You could also try OVH, they're cheaper and located in France (people say they've improved this last year).
