Hittail- Anyone using Hittail? Anything good to report?

I started using hittail recently but have not been able to access the site- Anyone having the same problem?
Also any one using it having any success with the suggested keywords- long tail keywords?
Are there any other sites or software that does the same thing in terms of suggesting long tail keywords for your blog/site?
