Do any hits traffic really works?
If really works，suggest any good hits traffic website for me..

No, waste of money. Period. Don't use it.

 

I bought a 10,000 uniques for like 7 bucks. I used some of the best known conversion copy and still not one sale.

Some guy in China clicking for pennies isn't going to give you a sale.

I believe that there are certain kinds of mass traffic that are decent for building a list, but I don't know enough to recommend one.

all such traffic comes from autosurfer scripts and user who autosurfs has a top bar and a frame under it..where sites open many times...randomly....only it increases alexa rank...

 

Traffic like that may work for ranking better in Alexa. Otherwise I would say its total waste of money. I lost lot of money like that in my early days of learning.
Rather try doing SEO, link building. Pays off over time.
