    I've noticed that you are buying sites. I have a site for sale: hitechpedia.com, a 9 months old technology related blog. The reason of selling this site is that I don't have time to update it anymore.

    It has PR2 and it will 100% get PR3 at the next update. It has a brandable domain and it's easy to keep in mind: hiTechPedia.com
