Your site has no PR,

I think you should reconsider charging for normal links. It may be better to offer free regualr links to build the directory up. Once you have good PR then you could charge for listings.

HitBoss.net also has over 800 backlinks and growing quickly.

 

What is the use of being listed with having a no follow attribute, we submit our sites here in hoping we can increase our backlinks at the same time increase our PR.

 

I had it disabled when there were free links, I have now changed it back.
