Hello forumers, I have been hit by fraud for the second time on DP. here is the case. I obtained a first set of 5 articles- from this person danion and the quality was acceptable. Then I ordered 50- articles- and paid $120 using Paypal. What I received later is a bunch of junk articles full of numerous grammatical problems and nonsense words usage. The whole content of articles do not make sense. For example the title says something, first paragraph is about other thing and then next paragraphs talk about a totally different subject. Sometimes sentences are totally meaningless and sometimes the claims inside the article are joke rather than facts. I guess he has either used a Spinning software on articles from a website or the writer of these articles is terrible in English (I guess the first case is more probable). I myself am not native English speaker and that's why I order articles from DP (but I can identify good English from terrible). In general 40-45 out of 50 articles cannot even be corrected by a proofreader. I bring examples from a few first articles: Just look at the title and words in above so called article "What is this?" is a part of the article title! I requested him to refund my money and that I cannot and I won't use the articles but he does not want to discuss the quality and claims that I do not understand how to convert CRLF, CR and LF (line feed and carriage return in Unix/windows) and for your information I have a PhD in computer science and I have 25 years of experience in software industry and software development. If paypal does not support me in this case I will request chargeback directly from the bank. Since I have not done any charge backs ever I think it will be accepted. But people beware. Be careful to avoid similar problems. I appreciate your comments and advise.
Well, truth be told, dp can't actually do anything in this case as they take responsibility on running this marketplace smoothly but doesn't interfere into the personal transactions that are made amongst users here. The only thing you can do in this case is trying your best to get your money back by adopting whatever means possible. Besides, you have already left him a negative itrader. Good Luck!
Well, next time you should work with people having more than at least 25 itraders and pay upfront. I don't pay upfront to people having less than 25 itraders. And also, you should see feedbacks of other clients who left itrader points to him.
I think you should always buy in bunch of small articles or anything and check whether seller is genuine or not
Ok, Paypal did not accept to issue a refund. I have filled chargeback forms and I will proceed tomorrow morning.
I think you are being quite hasty calling him a scammer. From what I read you are questioning the use of the word bust in relation to breast enlargements? Bust is an alternative/slang word for breasts. Also, what is wrong with the phrase concentrated potency? I'm english and there is nothing wrong with these phrases or the use of those words. Your second point regarding engineering studies. A large part of studying is book related, so why wouldn't the article focus on books? Just my opinion. From the information you have provided there is nothing wrong with the articles mentioned. Apologies if I have the wrong end of the stick, but that's how I see it.
Chris, The articles are not even suitable for a crap weblog. I cannot even think about putting them on a website.

Shame on you, you are a fraudster and I would bring you to court if I were in Romania (your country). I should start and warn people in every sales thread you open on this website.
