Hello guys, like one month ago I had to post here something about a member that had never paid me months after. Once he saw the thread he pay me in a few minutes after, he said that it was a misunderstood since he never recived my e-mails/private messeges. i have deleted the thread after the payment. today he sent me an e-mail . he found the thread on 2 websites: http://search.code-head.com/ and on this arabic website http://www.mnzo3.com/vb/ he tells me to delete thoose otherwise will contact his lawyer, but I had only posted it on DP, it's not my fault if they copy or have a RSS and have my post over there right ? thanks a lot guys
That's not true. You can be liable for what you say even after you lose control over its publication. More likely, you aren't liable because what you said was true at the time. Just tell him the posts are beyond your control and have him try to get those sites to take it down.
If you are RIGHT, need not to worry. You have just to have proof that you are the owner of the same in legal way. That's it!
well at the time that I posted it was like 3 months after the job was done he no reply to e-mails nothing. he said that I never sent him e-mails and stuff like that. He then paid me so I deleted the post a few minutes after. but the post stays on search code head... I have sent them 3 mails.. no answers. thanks ! good day
