Buying Hiring XHTML/CSS Coder (Quick easy money)

    I have a design and development services and my current two in house designers are overload of works. So now I would like to hire a XHTML/CSS Coder to handle our web PSD layout. This layout PSD is very basic so nothing is hard and if whoever can handle this project, I will have some other upcoming projects like this for that person to handle.

    Budget: $20 (1 page code) with my instruction of how I want to code it.

    50% upfront paypal, 50% after the work is completed.

    Will raise the budget for the next upcoming project(s) if this person can do good job.
