So, the writer supplies the content, but must wait to be paid for the work? What if EzineArticles does not approve the articles? Is the writer going to be paid regardless?

I have worked for him before in the past and he is very particular on what needs to be written for only $2.50. Payment definitely should be raised because of the high standards that you require and the word count.
