HIRING Wordpress Theme Editor to Edit Existing Theme

    I am hiring a Wordpress theme editor to edit an existing theme.

    The site and theme: www.yogastory.com

    The changes I need:

    1. Lighten the color of the parchment a little.
    2. Edit the background color to be a light green that matches the parchment well. I have a picture with the green I like available.
    3. Where the first post usually goes, have a static intro area about 300 pixels high where I can put words AND have a small script for pictures I upload to dynamically change.
    4. Insertion of a logo into the top right column.
    5. Take a picture I have and make it into a light watermark that then overlays the parchment.
    6. Area at the VERY top for 100x150 sponsor images to be placed.
