Hiring Wordpress Author for Content Creation

I want to hire a Wordpress Author to create daily Lotus Notes related posts.
Posts can be queued to a max of 30 per month or 365 per year and must be schedualed to be posted 1 per day only.
Posts must been a minimum of 50 words, preferably 100 or more and occasionally include a picture.
I would like the posts to be about hints and tips using Lotus Notes and other Lotus Notes related news and info.
Posts must be correctly and accurately tagged.
I need someone who is committed, trusthworthy, professional and knows excatly what they are doing.
