But in about 3 months - 1 year my business plan states the company will be overflowing with new requests and jobs. - You must be able to check the email I give you 2-3 times a day -If a client asks a silly question or makes you mad in anyway. You must have the courage to take support the client with a smile on your face. -You must know a lot about SEO -You must know a lot about designing and creating websites -You must have background knowledge on traffic consulting -You must be able to take payment through paypal Conditions of Pay, I am creating this business to benefit SEO and website design service people as well. I know it is hard to find a new client, but once this company is established and somewhat aged a few months. You will have a project to do everyday. You work on commission, so that means you get a fair percentage of the total money you have made for the company every month. I am going to make this company legal, which means that the company will have a paypal account of it's own. And all other profits will go into the company for mostly advertising purposes. In my opinion you will not have many projects to do in the first few months but once we hit 3-4 months we will be flooded with new clients. Basically this is a company for you to establish with me so that in the very near future we will always have a project to work on. I ask all employees invest their time into our company website as that benefits you too. I have hired 26 people already, and I am looking to hire another decent number of people from digitalpoint.
