Hi all, Seeking: A motivated web programmer skilled in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAZ, XML. Programmer Personality: Preferably a hacker-type, creative, quick, responsive, smart Project: Simple niche social networking site with simple features not too different than what a WP theme and some plugins could accomplish. Must sign NDA (non disclosure agreement). Budget: Because we are just starting up, and in this economy, budgets are tighter than usual, we're currently only able pay our select programmers by the hour (approx $10-$12/hour) for this project. Why Not Fixed Price? We are NOT paying a fixed price for the development because it is easier for both you and us to ensure you get paid for exactly what you work and for us to be able to gauge daily results and make project requirement changes/updates without affecting a set project price. Completion Date: Workable version 1.0 of the web site within 2 to 3 weeks, hoping to market it before Valentine's day 2/14/09 kicks in.
