    I have 4 employee who work with me.

    The link building guy would be available for 8 hrs. One is Website Template Desiger, does handle some Flash, HTML and CSS work too. One is LOGO Designer who creates the logo in Vector and pixels form, and if client the required the animated one could do that too well.
