    I am web-developer with a very good profile online.
    Both my designers are off for some reasons, looking for a good web-designer to work with me.

    I need individual designers not linked with any companies as i run my own company.
    My budget per project will be starting from $40 (for homepage) to $250 (depending upon the requirements and client's budget)

    I am looking for 2-3 designers as i get good amount of projects every week.
