Okay so I've tried hiring people out as a group, but without success.

I'm now hiring people who are skilled at the following to work for me full time for $100 a month each. If you're not serious about this, then don't bother pming me

    - Web designer, you will mainly create simple and attractive pages for my domains that will have my ad code on them

    - Content Creator, you will write the content for the websites along with articles for article submission

    - Submitter, you will do article and social bookmarking submission

You will be doing this full time, and you will send me reports once per week. After I receive the report, I will send you your weekly payment via PayPal.

You MUST be able to do this full time. I will have backup work for you to do in case you have completed your primary objectives.

You just need to be able to put in 8 hour days. If you aren't okay with 100/month then please don't post here.

100$/month ?? That's bullshit price for full time work. You should increase the price for full time work.
