Looking to hire: Web 2.0 Development Engineer / AJAX / CSS I am looking for a Web 2.0 engineer with Ajax/CSS expertise to work a few web 2.0 startup projects. The ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented creative problem solver who can be effective in a individualized environment while working autonomously at delivering high quality code. Duties and Responsibilities Develop AJAX and JavaScript components for project(s) Implement detailed UI design and functional specifications in web pages using HTML, DHTML, AJAX and JavaScript Create high quality, professional Java Server Faces (JSF) Web pages enforcing site design and editorial guidelines including content/graphics optimization Create and maintain a series of Cascading Style Sheets that represent a Web 2.0 look and feel Work as a liaison with an external design team to help shape and tune the application's general look and feel as more features and functions are added Able to be reached at anytime via phone, email, msn, aim, etc.. Qualifications and Skills Skilled at using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and especially AJAX in Web applications Excellent knowledge of CSS usage for Web 2.0 enterprise applications Good knowledge of Java programming and Service Oriented Architected products Strong teamwork orientation and good interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of English Experience on the GNU/Linux platform and Web service implementation are a plus BS in Computer Science or related technical field is optional but highly recommended Experience Proven experience using AJAX, DHTML and Java Script in multiple Web / Internet Software applications.
