Text must NOT be copy and pasted. It must be original. User must be familiar with wordpress. Also at least one image must be used for each article. This can be explained in more detail if you are selected as writer, it's an easy thing so don't worry. Max payout will be $50 per month. I pay monthly via Paypal or Check(USA only). There are tons of sources and you can sign up for media emails at all major video game developers. Also over time you may convince developers to send you test copies for review. The site contains no reviews at this time but it may in the future. The site has been live for a long time and recently I have revamped it for wordpress and I will be adding a forums soon. The site is PR3 and ranks well in SERPs (#2 for video game news which is above IGN even). The site makes no money currently so don't get the idea I can pay more. I have already spent $2000 on articles and have made back nearly nothing. I plan to continue to spend though until the site makes it. Thank you.

Have a second look at your offer. You want to pay $0.015 per word. There is no specified word limit. One article would be of only $2 as you are not inclined to pay for more than $50 in a month. And you also need 25+ articles in a month.It will be a news article which according to you is not a serious task(you say its an easy thing...). You may offer anything you want and you may get writers also but please be clear in whatever you intend to say.However, writing a news article is totally different from an usual article and requires different skills as well.
I have 3 writers already hired. So far others have not had a problem understanding my requirements. I have a hard time understanding what point you are trying to make. Thanks for your post though. Max payout of $50 per month but articles are paid on a per word basis of .015 each. So an article can be 75 cents or $3 depending on it's length. If your average is 100 words per writeup that's $1.50 per writeup. The minimum I ask is 25 articles but certainly more can be written depending on the time of year. So 25x1.50= $37.50 for the month. Average writer would probably make $30-$50 a month but realize that it's probably somewhere near 5-8 hours to do all the work over the month. This is not a high paying job. It's a good allowance for a teenager or some extra money for someone who is at home all the time. Read the current articles there. You will see their length and how simple they really are.
