[Hiring] vbulletin coder to correct my site theme [Indian preferred]

Hi,

i am looking for someone to solve some theme issues on my forum with different browsers.

My forum using a theme which is working nice on all other browsers like this:



but in internet explorer it is showing like this:



Need someone to fix it.

Also i need someone to fix the alignment problem in some browsers like mozilla. It shows my site like this in mozilla:



You can see in the above image the last posts must be align towards right from the straight line not like showing in above big circle in image.

Anyone knows to fix these two things can contact me.
