Hiring two people to do easy work

I am looking for two people to do simple work, please see below for the requirements.

1. Must be able to work in the following timezone. Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom and United States
2. Must know how to play card games such as poker, black jack and etc
3. Hours is flexible, pay is performance based. You are looking at about $10 per hour on the low end and probably a lot more once you get familiar with the work.
4. You must have paypal (I can only pay via paypal)
5. You must have MSN or AIM for communication purpose
6. Your job is very simple, play games and chat with people (more detail about this if you are interested)
7. Lady preferred, guys are ok too.
