Duties include troubleshooting customers issues, adding new bugs to the bug ticket system, responding to support tickets, emails, moderating the forums, and potentially answering support calls (depending on whether or not you want to do this) We are hiring on a contract basis, meaning that you will be hired as an independent contractor and will be paid per task, not with a hourly wage.
