So I have a couple of internet businesses and various online income streams, and I am looking to outsource everything in order to free up my time and maximise profits. I have a question about how I hire someone to handle payment processing, without me having to give out my Paypal password. It seems to me that there are 5 main things than anyone running an internet business needs to outsource.... 1) Get someone to make the product or provide the service 2) Get someone to do the marketing and SEO 3) Get someone to answer email enquires from customers 4) Get someone to process orders 5) Get someone to process payments Once you've outsourced all the above, assuming you are selling enough of your product or service at the right price and profit margins, you should be making good profits as well as have you time freed up. Now my question is, how do I hire someone to process payments in my business, without having to give them my Paypal password? I'll explain more what I mean: one of my businesses involves doing graphic designs for musicians. I hire designers to outsource the work to, while I charge the customer a markup. Now let's say someone orders a design from my company. When they place the order, I will need to pay the designer. If I get 100 orders a week, that means I will have to send out 100 payments per week, which is a lot of tedious work. I want to hire a virtual assistant to handle payments for me, someone who will pay the designer as soon as the customer has paid up. BUT, here's the problem.....how can I do this, without having to give the virtual assistant access to my Paypal account. Obviously giving someone access to my Paypal is risky! Is there a solution to this? Is there some other payment processor I could use instead that does things aoutomatically? One solution I thought of is that the designers could invoice me at the end of each week, and I could log in and process all the payments myself manually. But that defeats the object of outsourcing/automating everything. So what is the solution? I welcome all replies and creative solutions, though I'd particularly like to hear from experienced internet marketers who have solved this problem. Thanks in advance.
Well, you could create a new paypal, that has enough funds to pay for the stuff, put enough money on it to pay for some period or a number of orders. Then set the daily or "any period you need" limit on the paypal. Give access to your worker, even if he is a crook, he cant steal much due to the limitations. Or you can contact PP and ask if there is a solution to this in the business PP settings.
Interested and we can do it from our office here in India. We have the resources here to continue it for long term. Let me know.
