Buying Hiring someone to fix wordpress errors

    I need someone to "optimize" my wordpress blog as my host has restricted access. According to hostigator, my account is using more than 25% of the servers resources. Here is what they suggest as things to do to optimize the blog:

    So i need someone that can do this for me. I know I am not using the latest version of wordpress as I am using 3.5.2 and I know many of my plugins need to be updated.

    I prefer to use someone that is available on a regular basis for issues that arise.
