Hiring someone to fix up wordpress code

    Hi I'm in need of help for someone to help me fix up some coding/css issues with wordpress & plugins.

    Basically just the ways things are displayed.

    e.g.

    http://www.dicevip.com/gallery/

    On firefox it works fine, on internet explorer it's another story.

    My budget is low, $40 and i have other requests however it shouldn't take too long for someone who knows what they're doing.
