    For this kind of work, here is the secret word- outsourcing. Go to elance, odesk, or even craigslist to find somone who will do it for you on the cheap. That's what I did for an ecommerce store I own.

    Keep in mind that inventory (depending on what you're selling) will certainly change over time. New products come and others become obsolete. Manufacturers change SKUs on you. etc. etc. So you will need someone to help maintain your products also and keep things up to date over time.
