hiring someone to mod a directory to make it a paid directory please post your bids here or send me a pm this directory would need to be able to use paypal and have a admin area as well as a member area where members can change there links but i would still need to approve any changes i would also want this directory to show stats and have a built in roating banner i would also want the directory SEO friendly

Why don't you buy a solution out of the box?

Modding something vs. making a template vs creating one is quite a difference. When you pitch a job opportunity you better make it clear IMO.

You should choose the software. Unless someone is actually selling a script or knows a certain directory cold, I doubt most will think up front research is worth the effort to get the job.

well i left it that way because peolpe that have set one up before would know since they have had knowledge with a certain one so there would not be a research if anything i would think it would be more open for them to use what they are used to instead of telling some one a certain script and they have no knowledge of how it is put together

I won't choose software for anyone myself. If you turn out to hate it, I lose. Perhaps if I had my own code I would do that though. Yeah, a directory. hummmm.

I guess it's time to read the paypay API. I read 2checkout yesterday.

Thanks for letting me think out loud, hope your directory works out.
