    I need SEO guru/Expert for my new Tech blog related to technology, review,news,gaming etc.I have the domain already and the blog runs on Wordpress,using thesis theme.I need both ON page and OFF page SEO which includes linkbuilding to high PR sites,submitting to article directories etc. The service must be complete White Hat, NO BLACKHAT

    It doesn't work that way, you can't just pay after ranking a very general blog. You need someone to do a keyword research then you start buying services but no one will agree on upon-ranking.
