Hiring Ruby on Rails Programmer

    I'm looking for a Ruby on Rails Programmer that will do the following.

    1st. Install the program onto my web server
    3rd. Remove certain functions of the program ( I don't require some aspects)
    4th. Modify other functions of the program (Nothing major at least)
    5th. Possibly create new functions (depends on the above 4)
