    Is it 1.5 cents or $1.5 per 100 words? I would assume the latter, but as there is an extra "." before the figure, thought of confirming.

    Additional info would help. I've done some writing and have used Paypal, but I don't know which aspect of Paypal you're looking for in the articles.
