Buying Hiring PSD to HTML / Wordpress theme designers

Hi,

I am looking to hire designer who can do the following -

You will be provided with INDEX PAGE PSD Design and you will need to do the following -

1. Create HTML website out of the Index PSD design.
2. Create Wordpress theme out of the PSD, MUST include the whole theme, CSS, effects or any other things needed in Wordpress themes.
3. Should be able to create new PSD's depending on the concept.

I have ready projects to work on them.
