[HIRING] Programmer for long-term partnership - Profit Sharing on Monetized Projects

    I'm looking for a reliable .PHP/mySQL/CSS/.HTML programmer.

    By reliable I mean;
    someone that has a stable internet connection
    someone who is online, at some point, everyday
    someone who knows what they are doing
    someone that can pump out fast and clean code

    Also, knowledge of the Facebook and OpenSocial platforms is a definite plus.

    As stated, I'm looking for a long-term partnership, I will share 10% of ALL revenue on each project, but that depends on you and if you can abide by what I deemed reliable (see above).

    From my experience most programmers are FLAKES, prove me wrong and I will make it worth your while.

    I dont think its a good idea to give out such a low percentage to someone that is developing this.

    If i was to develop it i would want 55% as i would do the majority of the work. I am intrested for a high %

    My fault, I forgot to mention, it would be 10% on top of the programmers current estimate for the project.
