Hiring Product Sales Reps

    I own a small company that sells a limited variety of Housewares and MP4 players.
    We are looking to hire a couple commission based sales reps.

    Essentially you will recieve a list of our products and "your cost"
    You have the ability to sell these products for as much as you like.
    Your pay is 75% of the sale value above "your cost"

    For Example:
    "Your cost" a stainless steel pasta machine is $20.70.
    You sell this pasta machine for $44.99 (retail value)
    Take $44.99-20.70=24.29 then take 75% of that = $18.22 (Your Cut)
