Hiring posters for a month (0.20$ per post)

    Hey guys i have started a get-paid-to-post forums ( www.freeblies.com ). As its a new forum, i will be needing some posters to kick start it.

    I m gonna hire upto 50 users to post in the forums for a month. I dont need to flood the forums, instead the posters would be required to post maximum 16 posts (with a ratio of threads to replies as 1:3) per day upto one month.

    For payments, posters will be needing at least 150 posts and maximum 300
    posts. Each post will give you 0.15$ till you have 150 posts, after exceeding 150 posts, you will get 0.20$ per post
    I need quality posts, one line posts wont be included
    Payments will be made after one month

    no exceptions to this?
    cn we get paid after completing a certain number of posts?
    say 150 or so....

    I want to join your team but the only condition that seems unacceptable is the payment terms i.e the payment will be done after one month. Please find another way out as it will be too late.
