hiring PHP coder to make plaigarism script

i need someone to design a web 2.0 style site where someone pastes in a article.

then, the script accesses google via API to check the article against google and other article sources to see if any sentences have been plaigairised.

I would be happy to talk to you in private about helping you get this done... I am currently hiring a programmer... With some more projects with funding under my belt it would warrant immediate full time employment and secure a better contract with the programmer...
