I need one person to do the following tasks

Process Number 1 : Photoshop Needed

1. Downloading Flash Game File.
2. Take a picture of the Flash File.
3. Resize it several times and save it under a different name.

Process Number 2 : Some type of screen capture program needed, and also .gif editor

1. Create an .gif animation of Flash Game File.
2. Resize it two different times and save it under a different name.
