Accepting applications for 1-2 part-time psd-xhtml/css coders. Please do not apply by PM, they will not be answered. I have provided an application form, the link is below. Please be sure to read the requirements before applying.

    Requirements:

    1. Produce Valid xhtml/css (transitional or strict) and know the difference of the 2. We still require the pages to display properly or close to it in ...*shudder* IE6 for the time being unless otherwise stated.

    2. Fulfill the monthly quota of 30 Pages/month (if you have been assigned less than 30 pages you still get paid full salary.)

    3. You do not share, sell, post, talk about, add to portfolio or reuse the psd designs/coded pages that have been assigned to you. They remain property of the agency.

    4. Be available! if you are not available there is no point of having you on salary pay! I need to be able to contact you by phone/sms/skype whatever, but being available during your country work hours at least (9am-5pm) is a must.

    5. Priority. If you are doing freelance stuff on the side that's fine. But don't let it interfere with your job with us. You need to to maintain priority over freelance work and considering many places forbid you from extra work, this is quite fair.

    Extra Stuff

-You get paid extra for pages that go over your monthly quota.

-Pay raises are available every 3 months upon review of work stats.

-Bonus surprises from time to time.

30 pages - is that 30 homepages, or 30 subpages, or mixture of both?

The salary offer starting at 250$ is very low.30 PDS's at 100$ each makes 3000$ working freelancer & you just pay 250$.And second its not part time job but its full time & one can do as he likes in the remaining time. And no company forbids a person from part time bussiness or freelancing except govt companies.

    1. The salary was not stated it was a applicant choice. A selection of what you would do the work for is available. At $500 for 30 pages it works out to about $15/hour for most. Many people would be happy to get this in any part of the world.

    2. Its a very rare chance you are going to get $100 for coding a simple psd-html. You get the psd sent to you , you code it and send it back that's it. I think you are under the impression that design & coding is required for this, its not.

    3. I don't think you have worked for an ad/design agency. They in fact do not allow or look down upon side work that is in the same or related field. If your were working at Mc Donalds and ate at Burger King, I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem, this is different. I'm still wondering why you bothered to bring this up as it was stated that it didn't matter, just that you do your job. I hardly think that's too much to ask.

I'm still not sure if you were just bored looking to flame or didn't like the thread, either way you have the answers.

In any case I think there are enough applicants for now. You are 1 out of about 75 people that applied. Only you seem to have a problem, or took the time to complain about a job you don't want.

Some people need the cash and to them, a guaranteed $300-$600/month extra for an hours work a day sounds good to some people, don't humiliate them with unrealistic numbers.
