I want to hire someone for monthly salary who can code in PHP and have really good design skills ( starting from simple banner till full page design) preferable professional web2.0 style. You must be able to code up from 0 or edit already existing scripts , experience is needed! Your WorkLoad would be as follow: I won't need that you work everyday If I don't need anything at that time but expect that I will need from you some kind of designs maybe every third day or so, some coding works from time to time, and like 1-2 Bigger Projects per month to be made , you must be fast working and create the designs in same day as I ask or if there is a lot needed then by next 1-2days same as for coding( expect very large projects what could be like 1-2per month) I can Pay A Salary of $200/month for you, not more then that.
