[HIRING] Need a script to convert videos to .flv

    I am looking for someone who can give me a script to convert videos to .flv using Mencoder and Flvtool2. I used ffmpeg, but the video quality is very poor.

    I am also not looking to pay a lot.

    both of these are installed on my server already.

    Get yourself a ($0.00) copy of FormatFactory (Google, please) to convert any kind of video to .flv. I use it REGULARLY and it's FAST and GREAT! Hope that helped.
