Hiring monthly site promoter

    Hi, I am looking to hire someone who is willing to do various advertising/promotion tasks such as myspace bulletins and yahoo groups and similar stuff.
    Please PM me, I would pay a monthly fee for several sites of mine.
    Bonuses would be awarded based on traffic.
    I am looking for low cost, so I can't pay $20 an hour.
