Hiring MiniSite Designer

    Hey there,

I'm looking for a designer that can whip up a killer minisite with all its usual accompanying materials (eBook cover, affiliate banners, headers, footers, background, order button, HTML template, testimonial box, guarantee graphic, simple bullet points, graphic headlines).

Obviously the more components the site has, the more I will pay. Please PM me with your portfolio or post here, and I would rather work with someone that is regularly on MSN. (To make it easier for both me and you.)

If I like you work I will definitely have more work for you in the future, but for now, I would simply like to see some examples.

I don't think people fully understood me, I'm looking specifically for a minisite designer, not similar types of sites or regular sites.

If you PM me with a sample of your "regular" designs, I am going to ignore you.

Rajaie- hehe...you made me laugh with this:

"What do you think I don't think people fully understood me, I'm looking specifically for a minisite designer, not similar types of sites or regular sites."

All the sites custommadewebdesigns displayed were minisites. Or don't you get it LOL!

Not everybody is going to take a minisite they designed and place it in perfect order for you to make up your mind. Some people work for a living and the minisites they create, they sell. Or do you want someone to hold you by the hand and point out where the ebook cover is, where the order button is etc?

That was seriously funny and a good one at that.

sarah_harvey, I wasn't talking referring to custommadewebdesigns, I was referring to the people that were sending me PMs.

I'll try to make myself a little clearer, I want minisites that look like these:

    www.flipnoobs.com
    www.blogflippingformula.com
    www.domainingformula.com

For me, anything that doesn't look like the above, is not a minisite.

Rajaie- the first two examples you showed me isn't that great to start with and the third design. Well it could pass for a better design but not terrific.

Let me tell you...at one point I was looking for a minisite designer on DP. I literally went through a few threads (more than 25 at least) before I found someone that was cheap and delivered fantastic work. Sometimes it pays to read. I happen to read through a lot of threads when I am at work and don't have much to do or if I am at home.

This guy I will be getting to design for me, and if you looked hard enough you will find his thread like I did.

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=843053

His average minisite design price is $29.90 which in my opinion is really affordable.

So if you looked at his portfolio...well that is what I call minisites. The first two you presented to me are not that great to be honest and hence why I made a reference to the other guy that replied to your thread since his minisites are amazing too.

    Good luck in finding one!

    Sarah

sarah_harvey, the example sites I gave were not to show quality, but an example of what I was looking for. The only problem with reading is that many times the threads are very old and outdated and the designers may not be freelancing anymore. As I said, I wasn't referring to custommadewebdesigns in my second post in this thread. That thread you referred is awesome! Thanks! :)

duez, now that's something I like! (Although quite a bit pricey compared to other designers I've seen.) I found a few minisite designers and have added you to the list of possibilities, I'll let you know.
