Good morning, I'm looking for someone who has at least 2+ years of SEO experience, I'm primarily focusing on WHITEHAT only and I personally manage dozens of sites for SEO so I'll know quickly if you know what you're doing. I've lost money and time on previous people I've tried to hire so I've developed some strict criteria: You MUST show: 1) Previous experience at attaining PAGE 1 rankings on semi-competitive keywords 2) Link wheeling experience 3) Link/Directory submission experience 4) You MUST speak fluent english (foreign is alright, just speak clear english) If you wish to use services such as xrumer, scrapebox or senuke, that's fine, but you must know how to use them minimally and correctly so you do NOT blackhat/ban any of the sites. This is a bi-weekly to monthly position to start. You should be able to attain some rankings within a few weeks if you know what you're doing (for low competitive keywords). You will be provided with an extensive list of keywords to start for one site and if you do well, your pay and work will grow to encompass other websites. The keywords (approximately 25-30 to start) will be low-high competitively. I manage all the sites, so if you have recommendations for adding content, restructuring aspects of the site, etc, that's fine and I'd gladly work with you to help boost the site. I'm expecting you to work at least 10+ hours a week initially. That means a minimum of 40 hours a month, so quote based on that minimum. I will expect you to send me a detailed SEO strategy for what you plan to do and expect WEEKLY reports on the work completed. Individuals that PM me with a rough SEO strategy (or typical work they do to raise rankings) will be given priority. I will be paying upto 30% down, with the remainder after results are shown. This is nonnegotiable, so if these payment terms are a problem, please do not PM me.
