Especially you are from a larger country. You must be a physical citizen of this country too. 6 months after you join, your forum should have got at least 10 posts or replies per day at that time. The members belong to your nationality should be over at least 50 people. Then you are qualified to get paid ($50/6 mo by paypal). No guarantee on further contract though, since at that time, a more democratic way to elect moderators might be applied. You are granted the moderating rights in your forum and you can do whatever you want to bring members and make them active. No self talking and multi-registrations. Obey forum rules please. You are paying too less for anyone to consider moderating your forums. Secondly, there is never a condition attached " Where you say that so many posts should be there in so and so forum if you are its moderator ". A moderator's responsiblity is enforce discipline, edit objectionable posts, try to keep the forum environment user-friendly. Its not advertising or getting more posts for the forums. Yes, of course he can post whenever he wants. My 2 cents.
I beg your pardon? Yes, maybe your definition on moderator is more accurate, but this doesn't bother me hiring what people (moderators or promoters, whatever) I need with the prices I would like to offer. If any one is interested, please contact me. I have several applicants from other forums already.
You could probably make more just being a normal paid poster. I used to be able to make 50$ in 2 weeks, much less 6 months...
