Hiring Indians for hard labour online?

My friend said he used to pay indians like $10 a day to do work online like just repetively entering captcha's in on a gmail account creator. is this true? where can i find them?

 

This is quite an offensive post. Indians are humans as well as everyone. I do not think people will like this post.

I always treat my indian friends equal...and if you are wondering whats "hard labor online" - we call it Outsourcing.

Nah I am not trying to be racist, I am just saying what he said. I am just saying, those in poorer countries usually end up accepted jobs which have "cheap" wages in countries like USA. Honestly, there are a lot more Indian webmasters then I could imagine, I'm surprised they aren't hiring us!

PS. Working online, you can't tell one race from another when hidden behind a monitor so it is never good to be racist, and frankly I am not a racist person. Why would I be racist? I am african american, proud of it too. I also do business with a lot of people in India, and for the most part they are very legit.

I guess that wouldn't be where I would find people typical for what I need done?

What I need done is "against TOS" of some sites, and I don't think elance, rentacoder, getafreelancer would allow those ads?

I mean I got 150+ posts right now just overnight, I'm going stronger then you, yet my posts are always 5-10x bigger then yours, perfect spelling (for the most part), great grammar, and well, good? Lol!

One problem I may have is that they hiring someone overseas may mess it up a little bit because their spelling is a little off?

Yes, this is true you can find peoples for 10$ for 8 hrs from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh but they are not talented or permanent but to find them is little hard

One of my friends, a university graduate, earns around 120$ / month for a entry - full job at a hospital.

For your question, I would highly recommend getafreelancer... I've had a lot of great work done there for dirt cheap, and I really mean dirt cheap.

When I worked at Oracle (I think they are the 3rd largest company in the world) I was a Senior Unix System Admin they paid me $80k per year. They paid my counterparts in India (i.e Indians) $10k per year.

 

Why is that? The people I just need to create gmail accounts and enter captcha code in for each one, I guess it is against gmail TOS? Right?

PS. Before repping me bad for this thread, I am not being racist...This is just the way I talk, everyone around me talks, and so on. My colour being black, I call my race "blacks", then there are "whites", and so on. I am NOT being racist, I have no intentions, just because I use the wordplay "indians" doesn't mean I am subjecting this thread to people in India. This is just a genealization for any person in a poorer country. Please don't be offended by this post.
