Hiring in the D&D programming forums.

    I searched for a thread on this subject but couldn't find anything, which surprised me. Quite a bit you see people looking to hire programmers in the D&D programming forums when they should be using the BST Programming forum. Is this allowed or is it against the rules? I know that iTrader can't be given or received for threads in the D&D Programming forums, but is it against the rules to hire there? If it is, perhaps a sticky should be put up in each D&D programming forum saying that hiring should only be done in the BST Programming forum.
