Buying Hiring Graphic Designer and PHP developer

    I am about to start a social network and i need few designer to design pages for me and develop the ajax and php effects to that pages.. I am giving more focus to design i have 1 developer who is working but still need more.. i don't want who design a simple template.. but i need to someone who can create a sharebox with minor button and tabs and much more like you see ono facebook.
