Hiring good affiliate marketer

I need a good affiliate marketer to market product of high value, paid when I get paid, which is biweekly. Alternatively, I need a person to provide me with guaranteed signups. As it is very easy to get banned here links will only be given through email, not PM. I want a solid whitehat for legitimate work. Paying $20 dollars per sale or $1 dollar per lead.
