Well at the moment i am giving people "try-outs" if that is what you call it i guess. But, what i am looking for are high quality GFX designers, to be using for most of my projects i have coming up. At the moment i have hired someone but it seems it was a little less than what i expected. I am not here to say they aren't good just want to try out two other designers and between these three pick one that we will be using for all our sites/projects. What Am I looking for? - Do you draw unique and qualitative mascots Have to be able to draw like this: http://www.sosfactory.com/images/imagenes/drunken_monkey.jpg Pricing? -I will not say what i am willing to pay max, as i don't want to try and get people putting max bids. So Is this like a competition? What is Try-Out? -Try Outs is another term i hire you for a project and will see if your fit for the application. Its not a competition in a way as you will be definitely paid for your work, but the best quality and reasonable pricing will be picked. Why not just choose SOS that you posted? - I have only heard bad news about them from everyone i know so i am not hiring them but looking for a quality designer that is close to that work. So please contact me or poster here the work and pricing, so i can take a look. Thanks I will contact the people i believe are the most acceptable to be tried out and who i think can will produce the best. So two will be picked for a job, no don't create anything new just post your pricing and examples. Thanks Pete
