I need someone to help me with the marketing and customer support tasks. I am at the point where I can't do everything myself. Job Description: 1. Affiliate recruitment. Find, contact and Recruit new affiliates to our affiliate programs. This means use Google to find potential affiliates, find their contact information and send the an email to invite them to participate and make follow-up, but without spamming anyone. The person has to do it very efficiently and can use software or scripts to help him/her as long as it is not spamming. 2. Help with marketing. Search the Web for advertising opportunities, and post ads in relevant classified sites, every day if needed. 3. Help with Customer Support (Live chat and e-mail). Answer customers questions on Live Chat and e-mail. 4. Report every day with an Excel worksheet. Everything must be reported every day. Qualities required: - Very good searching Google to find potential affiliates. I do not want to have to explain how to search Google to find backlinks etc. - Knowledge of software that can help make the tasks faster is a plus - Fluent enough in English to answer customer questions on Live Chat support system and e-mail. - Open minded person, because we deal with adult content. - Experience with adult websites a plus, but not necessary - Very efficient and organized and knows how to work fast. (Important) - 100% dedicated to the job. If I hire someone full time I expect this person to work only for me for the time I pay the salary. - I would prefer someone who could be available to start the working day around 7 or 8 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time - New York), this is because we have many customer requests at evening and night time and this is the time where I cannot do it myself anymore. What I offer: - Fixed hourly rate (Tell me your expectations. I know it depends on your location and economy) - Bonus : You own affiliate account where you can only add sub-affiliates and make a commission on all sales your affiliates make. Just a tip: consider hiring CS girls specifically from The Philippines. If you spend around $400 per month you will find yourself excellent English speakers with good working hours and no risks regarding non-compete clauses and so on.
