We are hiring full-time Indian programmers for our new startup which develops rich AJAX web applications (i.e. FckEditor, Google Apps, along those lines). I will be contributing $100,000 USD to this company, and I will find more funding when needed. We are only looking for the best web developers. If you are only "average," we don't want you. If you think you are among the best, but you do not have examples of past projects to prove it, then we don't want you. Fluent English is a MUST. You must be able to communicate with our USA developers and managers fluently either through email, IM, or phone/voice chat (cannot have severe accents). Required Knowledge: HTML 4.01+ XHTML XML/JSON CSS 2 Javascript, AJAX, DHTML PHP 5+ MySQL 4.0+ Optional Knowledge: HTML 5 CSS 3 ASP Flash/ActionScript Java Graphics Design or Photoshop Enterprise Software Development Mobile Web Development (huge plus) Other Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) (huge plus) Web Security (SQL injections, XSS, etc.) (huge plus) Qualifications: * BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or demonstrate equivalent training or technical experience. * Minimum 3-5 years of coding experience in web development including web standards (i.e. W3 standards) and protocols (i.e. SOAP) * Excellent programming, code development, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; works well in small and medium size teams; strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to write and speak fluent English. Responsibilities: * Implement application features based on existing project specifications. * Planning, development, and debugging of software. * Perform code and test plan reviews; take responsibility for the quality of released software.
